1968 Chevrolet Camaro

Built and owned by Robert Lowry, this beautiful 1968 Chevrolet Camaro looks like a beauty and runs like a beast. Powered by a 406 cubic inch small block Chevrolet (built by Burtonsville Performance Machine Service), the camaro  posts mid ten second quarter-mile passes and exceeds speeds of over 120 miles per hour! Behind the estimated 650 horse powerplant is a custom built Turbo 400 built by JRT Racing Transmissions (Waldorf, MD). All chassis work was done by Gary Butler Race Cars (Mechanicsville, MD).

1967 Chevrolet Camaro

Most 12 year olds spend their weekends playing video games or hanging out with friends, but Ryan spent his weekends cutting his neighbor's yards and saving up his hard earned money. When he had saved up $2000, He purchased his very first car. The chassis consists of a funny car style roll cage (Gary Butler Race Cars), aftermarket framerails, a narrowed 9" Ford rearend and a Chassis Engineering 4 link rear suspension with double adjustable QA1 coil over shocks. A 406 cubic inch small block force-fed by a F4R Procharger and a Powerglide transmission with be responsible for propelling the Camaro to mid 8 second quarter mile passes at well over 160 miles per hour!
